METHOD OF PURCHASE
On www.Scientificmodels.shop you can find information and see the specifications of each product, and buy it directly online. All prices are in EURO and include VAT.
To make the purchase, add the products to your cart and check them out by clicking on the "Buy" button.
Choose the preferred payment method and enter a complete shipping address, accepting the terms of sale.
The costs of transportation are shown in the formation of the total price of the order and vary according to the chosen shipping method (express or standard). Specifically, shipping costs are those indicated in the cart before purchase.
The prices of our products may change at any time without further notice. These changes will not affect orders previously placed.

PAYMENT
The payment of the amount corresponding to the order may be executed in the following ways:

- BANK TRANSFER; the customer can make a convenient bank transfer online or by personally going to any bank. The payment details are entered in the cart during the order confirmation. - - - - WITHDRAWAL at our company or our trade fairs.

Our products travel via POSTE ITALIANE and CORRIERE DHL, with delivery times that vary, depending on the location of the purchase.

Delivery time may vary during certain periods of the year (national holidays) due to anticipated delays in shipment traffic.
It is required to state an address where someone will be available for the day of delivery to accept the order. In case this does not happen and the courier cannot deliver the package, the responsibility lies with the customer, who will then have to either call the Post Office or the courier in control to agree on the time of a possible following delivery, or personally go to collect the goods from an agreeable location.

WARRANTY
The Scientificmodels.shop is owned by Gianpaolo Di Silvestro and ensures the compliance of the products with the specifications indicated in the request form.
As required by the Legislative Decree of 06/09/2005, n.206 and following additions and modifications, concerning the protection of the client in the matter of distance contracts, the customer is granted the right of withdrawal without penalty. This must be conveyed by the Consumer Code within 14 days of receiving the product; in case of separate delivery of several items, the term of fourteen days for implementing the right of withdrawal begins on the day the last package is delivered. The right of withdrawal is carried out by sending an email, containing all the information about the client and the purchase, as required by the Consumer Code, within the 14 days, as mentioned above. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contracts governed by these General Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the execution of the contracts governed by these General Conditions will be settled by the Court of Trieste. Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, I declare that I have carefully read and understood these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and expressly accept the following clauses.
