Master Maché is a concentrated, safe and non-hazardous professional papier mache.
It has a gray base color, with a very strong and versatile tenacity. It can be used "pure" (as it is) or with fillers up to 50% by volume including: chalk, crushed paper, gravel, pigment, sawdust, sand, cork, fibers and more.
This product is perfect for creating dioramas and scenery.
Uses include: professional and industrial applications, classroom projects, design and art prototypes, casting and reproduction objects, model building, theatrical objects, railway scenery, substructures, artificial rocks, habitats and base construction, art, naturalistic dioramas , building mannequins and more!
Weigh the dry papier-mache powder, if necessary, in a bowl / bucket.
Mix the powder with water to the desired consistency.
You can add food coloring if desired.
* Suggested mixing ratios:
3: 1 to form a batter for casting and molds
4: 1 Application of manual lay-ups
The setting and working time is approximately 2 hours depending on the mixed consistency.
It completely solidifies after 1-2 days depending on the size and thickness of the project. Allow the product to dry slowly and evenly at room temperature away from the heat until it has hardened.
*Keep out of reach of children. Safe for adults when used as directed. Wear goggles and a dust mask when sanding vulcanized papier-mâché. Keep the product closed and dry.
